Exciting things are happening at Koffeeology, and we can’t wait to share them with you! 😍 We’ve teamed up with our friends at Deliss Pastry Kitchen to craft a Tiramisu that’s sure to steal your heart. But first, we set the mood with a smooth Espresso Martini to get the chisme flowing. 💃☕️
Want to recreate this delicious dessert at home? Here’s our easy-peasy guide:
🍰 Step 1: Whip the cream until fluffy, then gently fold in mascarpone.
🍳 Step 2: Mix egg yolks with sugar until smooth and pale.
🍶 Step 3: Combine the creamy mascarpone with your sweet yolk mixture.
🍪 Step 4: Soak ladyfingers in Koffeeology’s Kumaka Coffee and a splash of rum. Add a layer of that rich cream on top.
🍫 Step 5: Repeat the layers – soaked ladyfingers, creamy goodness!
❄️ Step 6: Pop it in the fridge for at least 6 hours to chill.
☁️ Step 7: Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
